Package Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring all original fashion tags and labels are included.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
